Some of apple lawsuits are deserved like the ipod ads with the music of Eminem, the Iphone with Cisco; the macbook batery, the ipod scratches. But there are others that you can consider stupidity of the lawyers representing the clients like the famous Apple Vs the Beatles, the Iphone battery or the new Aiphone trademark suit in Japan.

But this is the risk of doing business today and the overlaping patents, if you do not want to be suit don’t innovate or just stay at home… Apple is also known as a litigious company that does not hesitate to suit anybody that step into its property.
