Apple should convert ichat in a multicommunication application, VOiP, multiple protocol connections with Yahoo, MSN, Jabber, AOL, GoogleTalk, Skype and so on, a merge between Adium+Skype+Ichat. Until now the most convenient application is Adium. In Adium you can have almost all the messenger services, but it is lacking Skype and Video Conference support.
