Apple vs the Law

If there is busy job in Sillicon Valley, it’s being a legal representative of Apple. It doesn’t matter if you send or receive legal notices you will have the most difficult task to accomplish.

As usual, Apple is in the news against the law, this round:

1) Danish government ruled against Apple in the faulty Ibook G4 that causes the machine to stops working. Apple should refunds users.

2) Steve Jobs is subpoenaed for deposition in the backdating scandal. Let’s see how Steve masters this real presentation, maybe there won’t be an “One more Thing”.

3) Apple is seeking dismissal in the burst.com, Ipod and Itunes patent infringement. Apple doesn’t wants burst.com to mixes patents, creating this way a master patent where Apple infringes.

4) European antitrust authorities will seek if there is evidence of any violation of the antitrust laws by Apple. Apple can be fined 10% of is annual global revenue if found guilty.
