Vivendi says that are indecents the contract terms they signed with Apple to sell they music in Itunes Music Store, now they are searching for a better place that let them hike the music price whatever they like screwing the customer at the same time. They are crying foul for the .70 cents they get from itunes while the other .20 don’t explain where end up. Apple provides the infraestructure, the marketing, a decent place to buy music and a f***ng DRM technology just to protects Vivendi property.

Don’t forget that this is another chapter of the same soap opera of NBC and Apple, Vivendi is NBC partner. So Vivendi is looking for the same reaction NBC got from Apple: Go to hell.

Call me a rock but I think Apple needs to create a content subsidiary to stop these bitches out there.
