Apple is doing great in Wall Street again:
Apple has double the market cap of Dell: Apple (133.2 Billion) Dell (63.9 Billion)
Apple is only 300 Millons away of HP: Apple (133.2 Billion) HP (133.5 Billion)
Apple needs just 40 Billions to reaches IBM (133.2 Billion) IBM: IBM ( 172.9)
Apple is half way to reach Microsoft: Apple (133.2 Billion) Microsoft (277.1 Billion)
• Apple posted revenue of $5.41 billion and net quarterly profit of $818 million, or $.92 per diluted share.
• Dell reported preliminary results for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2007, with revenue of $14.4 billion, operating income of $801 million, and earnings per share of $0.30.
• HP has 25,534 millions in revenue and 1,775 millions in profits with $0.65 earnings per share.
• IBM has a total revenue of $23.8 billion. Second-quarter income from continuing operations was $2.3 billion with $1.55 per share earnings per share.
• Microsoft has revenue of $13.37 billion and earnings per share for the quarter were $0.31.
Note something:
• Dell sells almost 3x what Apple sells in the same period of time but earned 17 millions less than Apple.
• HP sells 5x what Apple sells in the same period of time and earned 2x what Apple earns.
Apple is doing good with the Finances and I hope that any strange analyst from an unknown firm pushes down the stock price.
* All this information was gathered from their respective Investor Relation page from their Quarter Report of Earnings and it is shows only to compare how is Apple doing between its competitors, we aren’t analysts and don’t pretend to be, but we love money and Apple.
