This time a disgrunted iphone user is requesting some money compensation and punishments to Apple, Steve Jobs, AT&T over iPhone price reduction and the $100 refund.

This time is Dongmei Li, a New York resident that accuses Apple, Steve Jobs, AT&T of price discrimination, discrimination in rebates, deceptive actions, and other wrongdoings for their role in the Sept. 5th price drop on iPhone, which saw the handset’s price slashed by $200 less than two months after its debut.

Apple will be mark in our modern history as the only company that can have multiple demands in multiple products simultaneously, some of them frivolous and some with merits, but they are more than enough for any company.

Thanks God Apple doesn’t have any other distraction… imagine Microsoft with these numbers of lawsuits…
