Mac Mini gone for good?

I have been reading everywhere that the days for the mac mini are counted and I would like to believe it, if Apple kills the Mac Mini, there won’t be an entry Mac with the same price, for new users and Windows users the Mini was the most affordable mac if they wanted to try it, but I only hope Apple launch a new entry machine with a competitive price and enough features to runs Leopard and Windos XP at the same time, with a good video card and an ultra bigger hard drive. What Apple really needs to do is bring back the 17″ Imac and make it the entry mac, with the same price of the Mini it would be a huge success.
I also read that the idea behind the decisive dead of the Mini is to pitch the AppleTV as an alternative to the Mini, but the AppleTV is a smaller Mini with less features, why on earth will Apple kill the mother and then try to sell us the child with less features. Please.
Apple should direct its effort to cover the game situation on the mac platform, we really need more games and to play games we need the better video card available, something must be done with games, an entry machine is always the best one for games, EA games aren’t enough we want more and more mac games and faster releases.
