Can Apple Stop the iphone Rip offs?

I’ve found in a bunch of internet blogs images of Meizu M8 interface that resembles those found in Apple iphone, but what really disturb me is that Apple hasn’t done anything to let them know that there are too many coincidences.
How can somebody in this world produce something that is a totally rip off?, why not use Microsoft strategy, rename them, change colors, but please don’t show us the same interface that a product already in the market has and everybody knows it.
Yesterday I used a iphone clone and I was shocked that it even says: “That is illegal to use the Apple logo on the back of the phone and that this logo belongs to Apple”, admitting at least that they are ripping off Apple, the unit I used has everything, two sim slots, radio, the same fish background, the AT&T logo on the left, the only thing missing was the multitouch because it was only touchable and the cost is as usual a fraction, my friends bought 5 units thinking that they were buying original Apple iphone for a cheaper price.
I know that is very difficult to hunt down those manufacturers in China, but Apple should ask for protection against this kind of underground business, countries should ban China Exports of this kind of devices and trace the makers.
