Neptune Beach, FL - Tropical Software today announced it had been awarded 4 out of 5 mice by Macworld magazine in their “Summer of Mac Gems” series of reviews. TopXNotes was favored by the reviewer for its “clean, single window interface that puts controls for highlighting and marking up your text right at your fingertips,” as well as its exclusive QuickNotes feature.
QuickNotes allows access to any designated note from a convenient pop-down menu that floats in a small palette above other applications. TopXNotes was also praised for features that allow you to group related notes together, open multiple notes at once (still in the same, clean, one window interface.), and the ability to password protect notes, or mark them as “read only.”
“Note organizers are a highly competitive market,” said Tropical Software president James Lee. “We are thrilled Macworld has recognized the value of our unique and easy-to-use approach.”
TopXNotes has also been highly rated by Macsimum News (9 out of 10), Version Tracker (5.0), and MacUpdate (5.0). Tropical Software also makes TopXNotes iPod - a version that allows you to seamlessly transfer your notes to your iPod so you will have them wherever you go.
Pricing and Availability:
TopXNotes sells for $39.95 USD and is available in select Apple stores or from the company’s web site.
