Moblyng Launches hardcore iPhone Slideshow Application

Moblyng announced today the launch of its slideshow application for the Apple iPhone. This marks the first iPhone slideshow application that allows users to create and share slideshows for display on iPhones, other smartphones and social media sites. Internet Marketing Firm launches iPhone Web Development Service

On Top Results has recently begun offering a new service to its search engine optimization and web development customers. Through the new service, customers will be able to purchase websites that are compatible with Apple's popular iPhone. With this compatibility, the firm's clients will open their websites to thousands of new potential customers. When asked about the importance of making websites iPhone friendly, Keith Schilling, owner of On Top Results, commented, "Statistics show iPhone users are 5000% more likely to search the web on their devices than the owners of other handheld devices. If your website is not iPhone compatible, you are going to loose some of that potential traffic." With the new service, the team at On Top Results can either create a completely new website that is iPhone compatible, or create a page for an existing site that iPhone users are redirected towards when surfing on their handheld units. Mobile.me: The center of our mobile universe

Nobody knows for sure what Apple is planning with mobile.me (the soon to be defunct .mac) service, if everything works à la Apple then it will be a success, in the mean time there are things that Apple needs to incorporate to make it even more interesting. Here is a list of what I consider to be features needed by mobile users: 1. Free Email account (Manager) Apple should provide a free email account for everybody and an Email Account Manager if you are a corporation or have more than one email account. The Email Account Manager will let you send and receive mails from any account. 2. iCal Sync This feature is a must have and of course will be included in any mobile service Apple provides. 3. Business Card on the Go Want to beam your business card to your clients of friend, then Business Card on the Go will let you share your contact information as a vCard file readable by Address Book. 4. Centralized Content This feature will let you collect information (excel data, quicktime, powerpoint and) and share it with our friend sending it from your iPhone to any iPhone user preselected. 5. Can Blackberry or Palm gives Apple a run?

I don't think so, while RIM is reported to be gaining some marketshares away from the iPhone, it is still too soon to declare a winner, this is the second major upgrade for the iPhone while the Blackberry has suffered a dozen or more. The ipod and the iphone have proven to be the most sucessful duo, the ipod has taken the portable music industry by storm and now the iPhone is doing the same thing for the mobile industry, but Apple is not cashing or taking advantages totally in the marketing arena. iPass today announced service availability for Windows Mobile 6 devices. Users of the iPass Mobile Office service for enterprises and iPassConnect™ mobility service for individuals can now connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi using their Windows Mobile 6 smartphone and handheld devices. iPass plans to support the Apple iPhone and iPod Touch later this year and intends to support Wi-Fi-enabled Blackberry devices as well. Apple wants over-the-air music downloads for 3G iPhone

Apple is in talks some of the major music labels over a deal that would allow next-generation iPhone owners to purchase music tracks directly from the handset over cellular wireless networks, according to the New York Times. Owners of the company's first-generation iPhone can already accomplish this via a mobile version of the iTunes Store that resides on the handset, but they must be connected to the Internet via a high-speed WiFi connection to do so. The arrival of faster 3G cellular network access alongside the next iPhone, widely expected for an announcement during the second week of June at Apple's developers conference, would make it more "technically feasible" for Apple to offer the over-the-air route, the Times notes. However, the paper reports that the music labels are holding their hand out, demanding that in return they be paid more than the 70 cent wholesale price of songs sold over traditional Internet lines. Deadly Match! Blackberry Bold vs Apple iPhone… it is a corporate world

When the iPhone was launched it was not intended to be a corporate smartphone from day one and this keeps RIM happier, while the iPhone took marketshare from everybody it can't touch the Blackberry, because they both were in different leagues, now that the future for the iPhone is set and it includes direct marketing to corporations, the same RIM market. RIM has been moving desperately creating and launching devices that put a stop to the Apple intentions. It's going to be a blood battle and Apple is doing everything right to take a big chunk of corporate market from RIM (the corporate king is without a doubt the Blackberry), but Apple has been doing its homeworks and you would see the penetration it will gets with the iphone. I was expecting a different, more cleaned and elegant Blackberry, RIM can't compete with the Bold with the iPhone in form factor, it gets knock out.
